Crown spreader

With the crown spreader it is possible to spread off crowns without rotationon the root underneath, in order to protect the nerve. The crown is getting slotted with a burr. Insert the plier into the slit, according to its position from occlusal, buccal or lingual. The crown is getting spreaded securely and anatomically correct by compressing the plier. The advantages of the instrument are: there is no rotation on the root or pressure on neighbor teeth. ;
